Supernova Soup — Privacy Policy

Nothing. There is no account to create with us, no email or phone number to provide, and we run no servers that receive your data. Your scores, coins, Galaxy Map stars, achievement progress, unlocked cosmetics, daily streak, settings, and a record of the Remove Ads purchase if you own it are stored on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. The only copies that leave it are the scores and achievements described under Game Center and Google Play Games below, and only if you are signed in to one of them.

The free version shows ads: a banner during play, an occasional interstitial between games, and rewarded ads that play only when you choose to watch one. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource Mobile Ltd., a Unity company) with Unity Ads as an ad network. To select, deliver, frequency-cap and measure ads, these partners may collect:

• device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android, where available) and similar device-generated identifiers;
• device and network information — model, OS version, language, IP address, and the approximate (country-level) location derived from it;
• app interaction data — which ads were shown, viewed or tapped;
• diagnostic and performance data.

Their handling of this data is described in Unity's privacy policy and Unity's advertising privacy statement. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security; Android: Settings › Google › Ads). Supernova Soup does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, and we do not use this data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The optional Remove Ads purchase turns off the banner and the ads between games, and also gives a free revive every run and a one-time bonus of 500 coins. Rewarded ads remain available, and remain optional.

The single in-app purchase (Remove Ads) is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment details. The store keeps the purchase record so it can be restored if you reinstall — use Restore Purchases in the shop.

Supernova Soup has leaderboards (Classic, Daily, Galaxy stars, Blitz and Orbit) and achievements through Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android. If you are signed in to one of these services, your player ID, display name, scores and achievement progress are sent to Apple or Google so the leaderboards and achievements can be shown, to you and to other players.

That data is held by the platform under Apple's privacy policy or Google's privacy policy. We do not receive your email address or your contacts through these services. You can sign out at any time — Game Center in your device's Settings, Play Games in the Play Games app — and the game will stop sending scores and achievements.

If you turn on the streak reminder in Settings, the game schedules a local notification on your device to remind you to keep your daily streak. It is scheduled entirely on-device; no server is involved and nothing is sent anywhere. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off again in Settings or in your device's notification settings.

We do not sell personal data. Supernova Soup does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK of our own beyond the advertising partner described above.

Supernova Soup is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ad content is rated for a general audience.

If what Supernova Soup collects changes, this page and the "last updated" date above are updated before the change ships in an app update. Material changes will also be noted in the app release notes. Questions or requests: see support.
