Vector — Privacy Policy

Nothing. There is no account to create, no email or phone number to provide, and we run no servers that receive your data. Your local best scores, credits, unlocked cosmetics, achievements, and preferences (sound, music, vibration, reduce-motion, custom-mode modifiers, rate-prompt state, and a record of the Remove Ads purchase if you own it) are stored in your device's standard app preferences storage and are removed when you uninstall the app.

The free version shows ads: an occasional interstitial when you restart after a game over, and an optional watch-an-ad offer to continue a run. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource Mobile Ltd., a Unity company) with Unity Ads as an ad network. To select, deliver, frequency-cap and measure ads, these partners may collect:

• device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android, where available) and similar device-generated identifiers;
• device and network information — model, OS version, language, IP address, and the approximate (country-level) location derived from it;
• ad interaction data — which ads were shown, viewed or tapped;
• diagnostic and performance data.

Their handling of this data is described in Unity's privacy policy and Unity's advertising privacy statement. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security; Android: Settings › Google › Ads). Vector does not request cross-app tracking permission on iOS.

The one-time Remove Ads purchase permanently disables all advertising in the game, including the optional watch-an-ad offer. Ads are never shown on Android TV.

The single in-app purchase (Remove Ads) is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment details. The store keeps the purchase record so it can be restored if you reinstall — use Settings › Restore Purchases.

If you choose to sign in to a platform gaming service — Apple Game Center on iOS, or Google Play Games on Android — Vector submits your score for the mode you just played to the matching leaderboard (Classic, Gravity, Custom, or the weekly Challenge) and unlocks achievements with that service. A submission contains only the numeric score or achievement identifier; it does not include any other information about you or your device.

Once submitted, that data is held by the platform under Apple's privacy policy or Google's privacy policy. You can sign out at any time in your device settings, in which case Vector will stop submitting scores. The game is fully playable signed out and offline.

We do not sell personal data. Vector does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK of our own beyond the advertising partner described above.

Vector is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ad content is rated for a general audience.

If what Vector collects changes, this page and the "last updated" date above are updated before the change ships in an app update. Material changes will also be noted in the app release notes. Questions or requests: see support.
